Ingredients:
2 heaping tablespoons (50 g) split red lentils
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 ¼ cups (300 ml) orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
2/3 cup (150 ml) almond milk
Place the lentils in a saucepan, cover with plenty of cold water, bring to a boil. Lower
the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until soft. Drain and let cool.
Add the cooled lentils, banana and orange juice to the blender and process until smooth.

1 rooibos tea bag

Put the bag in a teapot or heatproof pitcher and pour over water. Steep for 9-10 minutes,
